Pastukhov Academy organized the training in the practical application of the QM&CQAF model.

The training included three phases:

Preliminary training (remotely)

Innovation and project session (personal attendance)

Project work in mini groups

Participants of the training examined the materials of a specially designed e-learning course and filled in a questionnaire which focused on the CQAF model  in the relation to their “home” organizations (the questionnaire is still available; we are still receiving the feedback. If you want, you can follow the link and express your opinion). This allowed us to understand and experience the model.

The session took place on March, 4, 2017.

Questions for discussion:

  • how to define the quality of education (review of European quality assurance models for education);
  • how to ensure that the characteristics of quality are met (on the basis of the international standard ISO 9001:2015);
  • how to join QMS and CQAF (in relation to the processes).

Suggestions on how to achieve that QMS is able to ensure the quality of education expressed through the characteristics of the CQAF model (in connection with the activity of departments).
